World Premiere of Gauthier Dupertuis’ “Stratoscape”

As a conductor, I have always felt the need to present new works at my concerts. It’s partly due to the fact that I know firsthand the composers’ difficulty in finding a space, someone willing to risk the unknown, rather than the known. So I was particularly happy to be able to present this piece “Stratoscape”, in world premiere at our Concert. First, but certainly not least, because the young composer Gauthier Dupertuis was able to conquer audience and musicians with his music. Here a little taste, with the Civica Filarmonica di Lugano.
